Hi, I’m Denise Todd — licensed esthetician and proud founder of The Hidden Trough.
I spent 7 years working inside a plastic surgeon’s practice, then managed three different oral surgeon practices over the last 22 years. That’s where my deep interest in aesthetics was born — seeing firsthand how powerful truly personalized, data-driven skincare could be for real transformation.
That experience is exactly why I created this intimate boutique spa inside Total Care Medical Center in Aiken — so women (and men) here could get the same level of professional, trackable results in a warm, welcoming space that feels like home.
I’m especially proud of my signature Shilajit Facial (my own invention) and our Spectrum AI skin analysis that actually measures your progress from visit to visit.
